Where I've Been

Hi. This might be a bit of a ramble, but I just need to get this out.

After May 2021 when I graduated college, I felt like I had nothing to allow me to continue going on, as I felt like I was in a limbo state; to give a typical rundown of my day, (pre-ACC [Adult Community College] enrolment):

  • Wake up

  • Go downstairs

  • Take Sertraline, Epilim and Vitamin D supplement

  • Eat something unhealthy as breakfast

  • Watch YouTube

  • Go out to the park

  • Return home

  • Watch YouTube / Video Games

  • Have Dinner

  • Take Epilim

  • Brush teeth

  • Sleep

And after weeks of forcing myself to suffer under the hand of listlessness, I had to think, is this really what I want? And y'know what? NO. So from then on, I've been in therapy with a very compassionate and understanding therapist who understood my trauma from losing a loved one and letting my critical voice control me like a damned puppet after 5 months of depressive episodes and severe anxiety.

But yes, I'm back for now. Just these posts won't be too frequent as my mental health comes before education, leisure and the like so I'll be trying hard for you all...

Thank you all.

See you on the other side.
