15 Minutes of Fame: Alternative Movement

After writing up my first fitness-related post here; I'd decided to reveal that despite all odds; I was accepted to be on the Alternative Movement podcast, hosted by Craig Graham.

This is my story.

From humble beginnings; I have always seen myself as someone who could make a difference, so I saw the opportunity to broadcast my story by simply inquiring about doing an episode whilst training at one point on the 5th of October this year.

I was unsure as to how my story would be received by a wider audience, but I was definitely surprised that quite a lot of people would choose to listen to me, but I could see why; most of the podcast that is run by Alternative Movement focuses on those who are physically-disabled; and from this, I was probably the first to open the podcast's reach for those with mental or learning disabilities; in my case: Asperger's Syndrome.

Thank you for this amazing opportunity Alternative Movement; I hope to continue working with you for the foreseeable future.

I'll see you on the other side.
