Alternate Movement: My Journey after 6 Months

Mar 1, 2023
1 min read

From my initial point of contact with Alternative Movement back in August 2022; I was unaware of my main goal of starting up a bi-weekly gym routine at the tail end of the second coronavirus lockdown. For more information on my thoughts when I first started, see this post: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/354920de-3adb-4781-8867-8264e02d6849/blog/bbe10bdf-17a5-42c7-b717-1bcceadb074c/edit

After 6 months; I can tell that I've come a long way, despite my initial worries surrounding weight loss, I then realised that losing fat mass wasn't my main objective, it was simply to improve balance, build muscle and improve my mental framework regarding my thoughts surrounding exercise and mental health.

With my Japan trip 2 weeks from today; there'll be one more post here before I take a 3 week break, but I will be updating the blog with some photo galleries displaying my travels through the Asia-Pacific and East Asia regions; from Hong Kong, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Tokyo and Seoul, before travelling to one of Western Asia's most well-known metropolis: The United Arab Emirates's second largest; DUBAI.

But for now, I'll see you all on the other side. :)
