My Fitness Journey: 3 Months On

From the outset back in August 2022, I had doubts to whether stepping into the gym once again would yield positive results, but after 3 months; I can wholeheartedly say that I. WAS. WRONG. My main reason for attempting this once again, was to improve my mental health and to begin to build up a new routine that would have more positive health benefits on a long term basis.


Why did I choose Alternative Movement? Simple: I wanted something to work towards, a better, healthier life, both physically and mentally, which I've definitely seen a positive effect; as from my firsthand perspective, I've been more relaxed and calm and I feel a lot more mentally fit in the days afterwards.


I'm looking forward to continuing my work with the Alternative Movement team, thank you all for a great 3-month kick-off.
