2021 has been quite a year, and to be completely honest with you; it’s been a tough one.

Hello everyone, George here and this is my post summarising 2021 as a whole.

January through May 2021

At this time, I was prepping for my final Creative Art & Media Design BTEC assignment for my Level 3 Diploma; which was focused on the 17 core values of the United Nations; which to be fair, was harder than it would look, as how would one Convey this objective through an artistic medium. Nonetheless, I managed to scrape through the course, nailing a Pass grade at level 3, which was my final grading at USP College Palmers Campus; departing for new pastures from May 14th onwards…

May through October 2021

Nothing much occurred through June, before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games were held in the Japanese capital sprouted at the tail end of July 2021, through to the beginning of September 2021. The regular Olympiad went ahead despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic on 23 July, culminating with the closing ceremony on 8 August 2021; three weeks later, this was followed by the Tokyo Paralympic Games, starting from August 24th and culminating on September 5th.

October 11th was my first day of enrolment at my new Adult Community College, of which I am still a current student as of December 2021, a month later on November 15th, I left my turbulent teenage years behind me asd I turned 20 years of age; seen from this post here: https://www.mytrainofthought.co.uk/post/20-a-new-chapter-begins .

And now that just leaves December 2021, with the Xmas season fast approaching I will be taking two weeks off to rest up and relax with my family and have some fun.

I’ll see you all in the New Year.

George Barrett
